I take it that all the PRK cars are stock, quiet, & and not too stressed out over the 01 Jan 2019 Assembly Bill AB1824 amendments & new requirements regarding decibel output, modified exhaust, modified cars, no more fix-it ticket, $1000 mandatory fine, or mandatory face to face with a state BAR REF? You guys are so brave.

theres nothing online that states that the fine is a mandatory $1000. Let's stop misinforming people. If you look further within proper sources " Minimum fine for a first conviction is $25, with a total fee of $193." Fees may differ on situation, dont let one video fool you.

Many thanks for the info. I was not the original :misinformer". I came across more precise & correct info later today. And yes, this forum is dead. It used to be real busy, especially this section and the smog thread.

So what are the chances we will get the minimum? Cali does really suck *** with all these new BS laws.
