I take it that all the PRK cars are stock, quiet, & and not too stressed out over the 01 Jan 2019 Assembly Bill AB1824 amendments & new requirements regarding decibel output, modified exhaust, modified cars, no more fix-it ticket, $1000 mandatory fine, or mandatory face to face with a state BAR REF? You guys are so brave.

theres nothing online that states that the fine is a mandatory $1000. Let's stop misinforming people. If you look further within proper sources " Minimum fine for a first conviction is $25, with a total fee of $193." Fees may differ on situation, dont let one video fool you.
