From Iowa? Email tune?
I have no software or cables, just a running car.

Ah. If you get hp tuners (which is super affordable) I’d be happy to assist.

Ok, I'm bringing this back up. I now have the HP tuners interface and software. I have downloaded a copy of the tune from the ECM

Couple of changes have occurred. I knew I had a vacuum leak that I have now corrected. In turn that created a new problem, hard to start without throttle input and wanting to die. It seems to run ok ( only drove a short distance) but wants to die every time coming to a stop.
I would assume that the vacuum leak was providing an air source that is now removed and the IAC would need to make up this air supply.
My original complaint of CEL saying it was lean in both banks is secondary to correcting the hard start issue. It's possible that once the hard start is corrected and the vacuum leak now being corrected it may no longer be lean.
I will get a dyno tune after accumulating some miles to feel confident in running that hard.

If you need someone local try Matt at GP tuning and works with JRG Motorsports in Hayward they tuned my Jag LS, very affordable and does great work!
