1960apache

Hello all can anyone recommend a reliable machine shop near LA or Orange County and what is a normal cost to have a block cleaned and bored and heads cleaned and surfaced? I have an LM7 with about 171k on it and the bearings and cylinder walls don't actually look to bad and it is a budget build so should I just ball hone the cylinders and just put new ring, bearing and gaskets and call it a day?
