Racenet.net didnt know where I should post this, so I thought Id post up here. Has anyone ever ordered anything or has feedback on Racenet.net? I ordered a TC and trans cooler on 10/25/04, and have been unsuccessful contacting them via email or by phone. I am starting to think this may not be a legit company???? If anyone has any feedback on this company that would be extremely helpful, as I have spent about $800 of my money on parts that I believe I will have a hard time getting. TIA
They're legit. I've ordered from them a few times with no problem, but I've never had a situation where I had to contact customer service. I recall seeing other posts a while back of people that had problems with customer service as well.
my probelm with them is, i have called them repeatedly for the last 7 days straight and no one ever answers their phones, and I have sent them 3 emails....no response. Is there a different cust serv number I need instead of the one on their site?
I have had a pair of ET Streets on order from them snce Oct. 1st! I am thinking of canncelling my order because they have not sent me my merchandise. They are hard as hell to get a hold of too. I finally talked to them about a week ago and thh guy there ttold that they would be shipped out sometiime this week and I will get a confirmation e-mail when it happens. Guess what I have not gotten an e-mail yet and cannot get a hold of them to cancel my order as for Jegs has already delivered me a new set of tires within 2 days of ordering.

I made a post about these guys a while back. I ordered a part from them also and they dissapeared, no phone or e-mail. I even looked up there address in the yellow pages of there city and it showed a completely different business. I flied a complaint with the better business beaureu and my bank ended up putting the funds back into my account. Never heard from them. The B.B.B. told me they were unable also to contact them. A couple months later I got a e-mail from there "new" manager saying they had just bought out the old management and were fixing all there problems and were sorry about prior ownership. I think the hole thing by them is a scam and they are a fake company. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY OF YOUR MONEY!

Guess I got lucky...I ordered some N2O parts from them on friday and I got the UPS delivery email today stating my parts were on the way.
