You'll see my car in there at Fresno Performance. It's the white one.......got a problem with an oil leak that developed on the dyno. He also thinks the timing chain is not lined up correctly....we'll see. We were sure they were lined up when we built it, but we didn't turn the engine over a few times to see it stayed lined up.oops!

Guess I'm gonna be getting gears soon. Going with the Yukon 3.73s, need to replace bearings and such so may as well throww some gears at it while it's tore down. After that its all about interior and paint. Well thats the plan today anyhows.

Well the car just passed the compression and leakdown test, compression between 215 and 222, leakdown between 14-16%, motor has 72000 miles.
Tomorow the tune will be complete...thank god!

Well car came back from fresno performance and let me tell you its awesome! Made 418 and 381 on their dyno and Nate tuned all the detonation out! I mean Im able to drive it WAY harder than I could before!
There were a few issues with the tune, perhaps Nate could get on here and elaborate.
He did a baseline pull before any tuning and it put out like 390ish. Did his little EFI live thing and made 418.
Im a happy man! Glad that I found Fresno performance!

Thanks for the kind words kc.
Basically the ve table was un touched and the fuel trims were horid.the timing map,i honestly dont know what it came from but it wasnt for a ls based car lol.Anyway,car runs great,fuel trims in speed density were within .5% rich and then after some tweaks with the maff transfer function the trims were about the same in closed loop.pe is perfect and a/f is solid,with zero burst knock anywhere.Im very happy with the way the tune came out.

ya they do. Hell I got the car and drove home and just as I was pulling into the driveway nate called just to ask if the car ran good. Great guy!

Pretty sad when I cant tell ya where I live, but its been so long since Ive lived in fresno Im having to relearn!
