also land contamination was another concern. if a track was put in place and later removed... how screwed up the soil would be... just something that wasn't planned out on a past attempt. -thanks nikejr16 for forwarding thw petition!

the last sign we were there but got kicked out after like and hour being there,, So this coming Sat. On Capitol At the Starbucks/In&Out. Look for a Silver Firebird. From 1-4

you know what i put the wrong date march instead of april but i hope people were able to figure that out from it saying 4/16/05 - march 16th 2005
but anyhow NO one showed from anywhere that last couple of times we've done this. We got a cops SIG and a Meeting at the SJPD to get all their SIGs and to talk about what they can do to help... This is something SJPD has come to us to offer... But for now no one seems to want a track bad enough, b/c know one is showing to sign the petition, these petitions are a small important part to if this can happen on top of everthing else that you have to go through to get approval and so for so good. just need those sigs.

Do you have a form I can have for signatures or are there only a few people who can have these forms to sign up?
I can GUARANTEE you at least 15 signatures if I can get a form. A few are better than none.

you should come out to the usual spots when theyre busy..... u know in and out on a friday night....starbucks on blossom hill on sat nights... i know you know how to hit all the usual spots....why wait to have people come out in the middle of the day when u know where everyone will be there at night!
