Smog check with nitrous This may be a stupid question - not sure...
Can I fail the visual portion of a smog check with my nitrous setup in place (without the bottle)? I wouldn't think so since it doesn't effect emissions, but I'm not sure. Can someone confirm one way or the other? Thanks.
