yes
car is lean on idle
rich at WOT

can any tuners shoot me a decent price?

im not looking for full custom dyno tuning- yet

Mike Morgan is in the army. Germany last I heard.

Take the MAF off. With your mods there is no need for one. The tuning will come out better if the tuner knows what he is doing and you will be fine.

Its a pretty straight forward fix, any tuner should be able to do it. But like Rick said the money would be better spent elsewhere.
