Getting Around CA Smog
the egr wasent even on the car, the smog lines weren't hooked up, rear 02 simms. etc.
so JRP, no more big motor? so.... STS on a forged 350? or your 383?
either way, good luck!

no more "race" motor. STS is gonna go on my same forged bottom end (347), just different heads as with the dome (piston) and mill of the heads CR is 12.0. not boost friendly
. will drop it down to 10.5 with 6.0 heads until i get some large chambered 205's. Its good to know that STS got approval. Not a fan of lower temp turbo's and what looks like a large volume of inlet air, but the EO number goes a long way in my book.
There are "test only" privately owned shops. The only requirement is that they dont perform any other services. Less likely to cheat that way. I go to a "test only" shop and have had ~9 tests in the last 2 years. Guy is an idiot and doesnt really check ****. Luck of the draw. Of course he almost drove my roadmaster off the roller once. duh.
I may convert my car to a lower compression 383 with a T-Trim, SLP shorty headers, smaller cam and the like to bring the car back into emission compliance.
just wanted to share that! The Best V8 Stories One Small Block at Time

Couldn't find an EO number for Squire Turbo System (STS). Are you sure they have it yet?
