Beavis and Butthead - Take it to PM.....
Let's keep this thread on track (which it looks like it's back to).....
Both Race Prep and West Coast are great shops with great reputations....
My thoughts are this...
If you're really going all out and want max performance, go with race prep, they really are the best....however, this will also cause you to spend a bit more money....
If you want something that is more on a budget but still with good performance, then go to West Coast....great bang for the buck here....

Guys, if you are looking for a good budget head we came up with a package that works really well for very little money. These are done in-house by hand and flow in excess of 300cfm on the Intake side and over 240cfm on the Exhaust, they include the Comp 26918 springs and steel retainers on Steinless one piece racing valves 2.02"/1.570". These heads sell for $1395.00 ready to bolt on and we will even surface them to your specific cc dimention if you like, otherwise they get shaved .020" to bump you compression a bit. There is no core charge on these unless you need a 5.3L or 6.0L casting as they are a little harder to come across.
