just had a nice run with a mustang GT and an srt 4
was on 7th st and bell haha we all lined up, i won but the mustang was keeping up, he sounded like he had a good amount of stuff done to his car, the srt 4 guy sounded like a stage 1-2 not sure he had exhaust, loud *** turbo and a nice BOV

Mustang was probably a V6 with dual exhaust...
What color was the SRT-4? No way he's losing to an LT1 if he has anything more than TBE, MBC, and a tune...I'll just assume it was white, and had a very poor driver...

my friend was in the car and im sure it was a v8 from the sound and the srt4 was black with red painted calipers

i still dont believe your theory of certain colors being faster than others. i raced a white one and he was pretty quick, i barely pulled on him. i also raced a black one with 6 people in the car and they stayed even with me lol... crazy.

how would say a 315/35/17 F1 GS-D3 tire compare to a 275/40/18 GS-D3? im wondering if i would see any huge loss in traction going with 18's rather than 17's

take a look a Ruben, he's got some of the best street tires out there...Can he hook? NO
I have had many tires in the past, and the best by far have been Toyo Proxes T1-S...They were 275/40/17...Best street tire hands down...
Greg, just buy tires for the front, and drag radials....You'll get 20k miles out of the DR's...
