What year duramax do you have? I assume you have the automatic since you are talkin about slippage. My buddies truck is a 6 spd and he is running the PPE Hot+2 Xcelerator programmer and it only slips on the Level 4 settings. But that is an additional 350hp over stock. But we just installed a $2200 clutch so that shouldnt be a problem anymore. ^ i was originally going to mod the **** out of the Duramax when i first bought it, but then really missed my Evo that i traded for it...So i bought myself a 96 Cobra to have fun in...That ended up turning into the LS1...And now the duramax is a grocery getter for my grandparents here, and has an ugly cap on it...They decided to take over on my payments and drive a big *** truck...

It's an 04 BTW, and will probably be traded in this spring for a Buick, or whatever it is old people drive these days...It has been in the garage to get the #7 injector replaced about 14 times, your buddy have any issues yet?

Yeah hes had injector problems twice, has had the trans rebuilt twice with 2 new clutches (stock clutches) and a new transfer case once and the whole front differential and Axles took a **** when we tried to pull a pine tree out of the ground with the truck in 4-low. the oil punp quit workin once but he turned it off before it trashed the motor. but he runs the **** out of his truck. It has a 350hp programmer and hes revvin it to 4500rpm. so far the engine has held together other then the injectors and the oil pump. oh yeah once the down pipe broke off and the exhuast was runnin straight out of the turbo. that was ****** loud.

my downpipe fell off before too, after i went sideways across 3 lanes of busy highway trying to get out in traffic...I love to just put it in 4wd and stall it up and then let all 4 tires break loose...

i should buy one of those programmers just for the hell of it...Nobody would be able to tell otherwise, and the truck would have a bit more power...

Saturday night was pretty sweet...lot of f-bodies...i left sonic at like 1030 and went up to ramiros to see what was going on....then left at about 12

Not yet, still looking out the door every night after work...Waiting for these to come just so i can rip that box open and look at them...Also waiting on some extensions and other accesories from speed inc...they said they'd be here before friday...

If the QTP's don't come by wednesday, i'll call and see where they are...If they weren't shipped, i'll have them overnight them to me...But they should be here tomorrow...

this weekend is definitely good, as long as i get my stuff...It would have to be after 3pm on satuday...I get out of work around 3
