Looking for Tuning on V6

Looking for Tuning on V6 Hey guys i have a v6 with a few mods. I placed 3.73s, with wider tires and small other **** like a whisper lid.
What Im looking for is someone who can go into the ECU and change the tire width from 235 to 275 so my speedometer wouldnt be off anymore. Also, wondered if they could also extend my rev governor from 4000 to 6000. I noticed I top out at 120mph but the revs are still at 4. Maybe I can go faster if I let the revs go up to 6 in 4th gear? (4speed) Thanks if any one can help me.
Also I know I can do all this with the use of HPtuners software, and I will eventually buy it, but at the moment I just wnat to see if I can get these two things done.
I'm in the Norcal Area, around San Jose. Willing to drive a fair distance though. Just hit me up on this or my AIM. Thanks.
