Angry I was pulled over for windows.

SO I was leaving de anza from my last final and was about to pull onto the main road. I know better and usually pull my 5% dark windows down to keep the cops away, but I was busy trying to turn the heater on and tune the hyphy music on. Any how, I see a sheriff in a white camaro on the left side, and as I pass him while making my left he flips on the terrible red and blue LEDs and flips a bitch.
Aw I'm screwed, there were so many things I could think of that he could get me for; to name a few I had an open bottle of skyy in my backseats, no front plate ( who does?) windows, and since I'm workin on my pipes I have to run open header for now. SO i thinking, damn this foo got me.
He comes up to my car and asks, you know why I pulled you over right? (usual answer is "no sir" ) he asks to pull up the windows. He then asks for me to start my car, after a few seconds on idle i turn her off. So he asks whats up with my exhaust. I'm simply explain I was in the middle of school work, that my exhaust was the next thing on my mind. He says to get my exhaust fixed but writes me up a fix it ticket for the tints.
ARRRGGGH man, this **** happened around the same time last year. Haha. Now I have to be stressed out on whether I rip off my tints or figure some way to get it signed up. Sucks. Yeah, so I guess if I look at it the guy leftme off easy, seeing I wasnt running a cat. Plus I was lucky enough to throw that open bottle under the seat wiithout him noticing. Anywho, yeah I just needed to vent. ****. This sucks man.

i heard from a chp officer that you don't need too pull the tint off you can pay i think its $75 for the ticket and keep the tint on. i pulled mine off then paid the fix it then was told this after i put new tint on.

What are you serious? I have never heard this before. I remember what 2 years ago, my homeboy had lighter tint than mine on his teg and the cop actually told him to rip it off in front of him. You think you could follow up on that? Cuase it would really be easier on me if I could just pay that rather spend the next christmas weeks searching for nice cops to sign my fixit.

ya really is sum bullshiznit.... i got pulled over for my windows bout a year ago and couldn't get out of the reekin smell of bomb that the cop couldn't sniff off. so i got written up for bomb and a fakie and not for my windows even though I found that out later, after I had gotten the tint removed. So really I think all depends on the situation and how much of a dick cop u get riding your *****. De Anza huh.... go to West Valley, just down the street as in 85

Tell me about it. I hella just saw it rollin on the floor and was like **** I'm screwed. I've already had too mcuh **** with cops and me being drunk =p. But yeah I dont know. I hella dont want to rip off my tints. The feeling of having dark *** tints is coo since you can chill in your car and no one can see you. Plus, take a breezie up to nice spot and its like being in mobile room. Haha. But yeah I know its a rookie mistake, i went the a whole year being coo cuase I rolled my windows down all the time, or at least till i get passed hot spots. this is fucken lame. When I see an Fbody with clear windows, im thinkin how I'll never want my car to be like that again. So plain, as if somethings missing.

Is there such thing as prescription tint, like from a eye doctor? Get pulled over, show the cop your prescription, nothing he can do but tell you to have a nice day.

Wait I'm dreaming

the perscription i think is limited to how dark it can be. now about not rmoving the tint i was pulled over in santa cruz, then riped my tint off then found a chp office to sign off the ticket and he told me that i didn't have to remove the tint by actually pay a fine of like 75$ and thats it the tint can remain on until i got pulled over again. so basically all you need to do is go to the court house in the county you were pulled over in and pay the fine and that should be it.

Dude tell me about it. One morning I was sleeping my car parked there. Some guy in a teg parks next to me and opens his door hitting mine. I roll down my windows and was like Ehh foo!. And hes all sorry man sorry. He kept apologizing so i felt badd and didnt do any ****. got out of my car and checked the damage. Good thing for side moldings - Stupid driver. De anza is like the worst place to bring your car, people ding doors, scratch your **** with the backpacks and some just lean on your **** while they toke. Haha. but yeah de anza cops are dicks man. I literally just pulled out and got that siren.
Oh yeah - get the dark tint man, you'll love it. But stay clear of the boys in blue.

damn i guess Im never going around deanza. my tints are hella dark sometimes i cant even see out when its hella dark... i've been close to getting cought but barely able to get a way.. also once went to a race and bunch of people got caught and some even got their cars taken aways, the chp open the hoods and everything, i had no insurence no registration ( expired one) and when it was my turn to check my car I bullshitted the cop like hell but trying to b koo.. for example he asked me about my kooks headers and if they were legal i was like ahh see that plate ( which only says kooks) it has a serial # that makes it legal. then i told him that i had broke my exhaust on the way over there and thats why my car sound choppy and loud.. i got aways just by a little bit.. its been a while since then and havent gotten pulled over thank god...

ya cops are definitely dicks...and i live in arizona so its not as bad as CA...

as far as the fix-it ticket/$75 fine....

i only got a fix-it and i just had to get it signed by whatever shop took the tint off and replaced it. I could just have had the guy sign and and not replace the tint, but i didnt want to take the risk of gettin busted again...so i just ended up gettin 35%

but i think i am going to put some limo on my trans am so people cant see me when i flip them off for being idiots.

I would have to agree: Cops around the DeAnza Area are real dicks. They pull you over for anything.

About the tinted window ticket, 3 things you can do:
1. Take it off, have a cop sign, and not have to pay anything!
2. Pay the $75( or what ever it is now, was 75 last time I checked), and keep the tinted windows!---- Good Idea!!!
3. Have a buddy cop friend just sign it off and send it in. Keep the tint, pay nothing!

Pewter 01 - damn hella let you go. Yeah I said **** when he asked about my exhaust. I basically told him that I had just broken my cat (really about 2 months ago haha) and was trying to replace it. But the reason I hadnt do it was finals was screwing me and I was just about to finish the piping that day. If anything, I'm grateful that he let me slide for that. If he were anymore of a dick, he probably could get me for no front plate which is probably the stupidest fix it ticket ever. I also didnt have insurace, i guess the paperwork I had said it was expired. I should get that **** up to date. Hows your crew goin man? Havnt seen any of you guys rollin since battle of the bay.
Punisher - Yeah I was hella lookin for a coo cop to help me out. Last year, I got off work at the great mall. Funny thing is, the same cop who pulled me over for illegally driving a few years back was sitting at the starbucks. walked right up to him and he was all didnt I pull you over before? After that small memory lapse I asked him to sign the ticket and he did. Bad thing is, I havnt seen that cop since last year so I'm fucked. I could've asked the cops at Independence when I used to go there, but i dont think so anymore. SO... i'm still looking for an easy way out. Trying to find another break and find a coo *** cop.
1bottle - You know I never thought about that. Peeling it just enough to have it signed and come back to the tint place to get it redone. MMM.. might go with that if I have to. Thanks bro
