Moved to Fresno from Texas 8 months ago. The camaro was shipped out here and arrives today! I need more f-body friends... too many kids with fart cans around here.

Hey guys! I have seen cars driving around Fresno that I KNOW would not pass smog and are newer than 2000. Does anyone know how one could go about getting this done?
