I am a teacher (also the Athletic Director) at a local Jr. High, and my District has a VERY similar retirement plan (albeit a lowely 85% of my maximum pay rate)!

But I guess I also have a hazardous job, because I deal with hormonal teenagers all day (but only 185 days of the year!)....
