I filled out the form to get a quote. I gave them a false phone number but correct email address. I'll post what they send me.

If it is any bit legit then its probably just a guy sending letters to the DMV petitioning on your behalf. I really wish there was some service like this.

If you could really pay off CARB and never have to deal with smog again, I'd be willing to pay a small fortune!

Okay, here is the cut-and-paste of the response I received:

Hi Bryan,

Complete Registration & License Plates for your

2001 Pontiac Formula would be: $ 899.00

Remember that no smog test or visual inspection is needed and can still be 100 % Street Legal.

As a bonus, if you buy performance parts for this car we will show you how to write them off as a business expense on your taxes as well. And if your in the market for a new car we will also show you how to save almost 50% of the taxes on the vehicle as well. We offer serious bang for the buck when helping our customers. Hope to hear form you soon!

If you have any specific questions you would like to have answered please call us at

I emailed them a question and asked " What happens if a police stops me and decides to ref my car?" He said to call them and he will explain. I'll let you guys know what he says.
