LOL, notice I ran the tower lane almost every run. I was able to gain a little traction believe it or not... thats a first for LACR.

Nice runs.

Jen should be out either next Wednesday or Friday doing shake downs runs. Maybe we will see you out there.

Yeah I'll be there, going for 11's next week. Trying to get a magic stick put in by then... probably not gonna happen. Right now they are decking the block I bought off you guys, so the black one will be back together in about 3-4 weeks. In the meantime I'm enjoying an Auto, and the awesome feeling of a 3500rpm launch.

No I said it was stock the day before we went to DN. I had them put in the fuddle 3500, and 3.73's at the toy shop in Pomona. Great shop btw.

Are you kidding me? I couldnt break 13's at LACR stock, sad but true.

Yeah I'm not a fan of that track either, but it's pretty much the only choice I have. I run about a 13.8 @ 104 with a 2.4 60 ft time. I can't hook for **** there. I'm mostly stock, just a cutout. I'd like to see what it can do at a really good track .

We were supposed to go last night. Hopefully make it up there next friday. I've never had a problem with traction there. I had consistent 1.4-1.5's up there. Correction factor does not play in that much when the weather is good and cold up there.

LOL, I almost shot soda outta my nose reading that... funny stuff. There is a Street Race Event going on tomorrow night, they turn off the board, but you can still get time slips. You can even give car lengths head starts and such.. This is a pretty decent event, they even cover the computer screens so no one can walk into the office and see your time, SNEAKY. I'm thinking about getting my car stuff done in the morning and heading out, gonna post a thread.

I'd love to see your car run there. I'll have the Blue TA, so hit me up if you go, I made the thread about it in the same section.

Well the fact that I am lowered and have bad wheel hop probly doesnt help me any . I'm afraid to go back and try again with bad wheel hop. I may be going home on a trailer with a blown rear. Figure I'll wait til I get my dana 60 in and put some slicks on. That should cure my traction problems .

Hmmm that sounds like a lot of fun. I might just have to go out there to see some f-bodies running some good times. Every time I am out there, I am the only f-body breaking into the 13s. It's quite sad actually. I guess I go on the wrong days. Well let me know if you're goin out with your new cam and whatnot, I may have to go out there just to hear an ls1 with a cam in it (never heard one).

Sounds like a plan. I wont be cammed for atleast a week or two. Tomorrow, you wont see times listed, its more of a street racing thing. You still get time slips but its more of a racing thing.

Hmmm maybe I'll wait til you're cammed, I plan on going with an F14 cam and I just have never heard a cam in an ls1 in person before. So I'll probly install my textralia tomorrow instead
