I read the description of what happened and what was taken in the link. I would say that it was someone that knows her. Use the GTO as bait.
Look for a friend, a friend of a friend, or an acquaintance that doesn't act "normal". Maybe the don't hang out with the group anymore, but they will try to avoid contact at first. Later, they will try too hard to make things appear normal. Thats the person you use the duct tape on. He's the one who knows, even if he/she didn't do it, they're guilty because they know.

lojack would have cured the tacoma from getting wrecked. Shotgun isn't the best "home defense" gun, too many pellets. And for that dumb *** that recommended a pitbull, those dogs aren't very kid friendly.
