Default Big Bear/Arrowhead Cruise

Me and few people were talking about a cruise up through that area and wanted to see if anyone wanted to join us. Tenatively we were going to do this on june 24th. We would be meeting up in Ontario Mills. Then from there cruising up the 15 to the 138 into arrowhead. Then cruise back down the 330. Anyone interested reply here or email me juicedsc@charter.net for more information. I will be posting a map and more specific meeting place shortly.

Mike

the last run we did was a few years ago, ended up being a 200 mile drive. This one should be about 130 or so

I would say just go the traditional route. Basically take the 18 all the way up to Rim of the world high school etc. Do a photo shot, then head up to Big Bear to a meeting spot and have lunch. You could always head down 330 or go down 38. Immortals car club does this every year, and I think Hovig puts it on. Believe its Fbody-addicts.com or something of that sort. That may be around the same date that you want to have this one. Either way I think I'll be in.

This is not the ROTW cruise, I had never been on that one so I did not know their route. this route was the one I took when I was in a local club.

This sounds like a good cruise, I know the LS2 California group was waiting for a ROTW-esque cruise.

What was the route of the ROTW cruise usually ? The last time we did this one, we went the 138 all the way to the 18 and then back to the 15. Quite a few of us almost ran out of gas.

Taking the 15 to 138 would be a really long cruise... it'd be better to just go the 18 as people who get poor gas mileage would not be very happy, plus overheating problems for alot of them. Its not my cruise, i'm just making suggestions. July 24th is the date the Immortals (*EDIT* Fbodyaddicts) have the official ROTW cruise.

NO need to begin anything on this thread, this pertains to a cruise being planned on that date. If you have anything to say regarding IMMORTALS, you can pm me or email me at acaliss@aol.com

Keep negative IMMORTALS comments off this thread please.

Actually, no that is not our cruise. That cruise belongs to Hovig of Fbodyaddict, we merely helped our friend promote that event in the past. We have no credit to that cruise or others done by fbodyaddict.

Of course it's a cruise that I am sure fbodyaddict will invite many to attend. Just be ready on the boards for more information.

I Agree, I think things were taken WAY outta perspective. It was mearly a comment about how we havent seen the Big Bear Cruise posted, and I did mention on Fbodyaddict that Hovig has set the final date for the cruise.

Now, every Big Bear Cruise I have went to, I always see the immortals banner, and pictures taken. THUS I would imagine that the immortals sponsors this event, plus you always invite people to go. I guess the average Joe would think that you also hosted the event, in which case I guess I'm totally wrong, no biggie.

And I dont think anyone has bashed the immortal car club here, I'm reading over the thread again, and I still cant see anything "NEGATIVE" pertaining to that car club. Something must have gotten deleted?

Anyways I'm setting up a real cruise and a BBQ within the next few months. So PM me if you'd like to help setup, Sorry not thread jacking, I'll post my own.
