Going to be pretty badass for a half ton truck...
You'll have some quality, reliability, and a nice resale value when you're done...

Tundras are nice, but not really my style. I'll stick with my Chevy. I have been very happy with the quality and reliability of it, but have not yet had to deal with resale value...

Yeah, i liked my Duramax and all...The interior is shitty, and it was in the shop about 7 times for injector issues, and once my downpipe fell off the turbo...Other than that, it wasn't bad...

The only warranty issue that I can remember is that I had a leaky water pump. Other than that it has just been regular maintenance and problems that my go fast parts have caused, like busted trannies. Not too shabby for 122,000 miles. The old '97 Suburban that I had....that was another story....what a POS. It ate a/c compressors, alternators, fuel pumps, batteries, and suspension parts like there was no tomorrow. Also had a bunch of leaky gaskets on the engine by the time we traded it at 88,000 miles.

i dont see why GM wouldnt use that body style for the new silverado, look at the tahoe or suburban or whatever it is, has the same front end, and for years GM has put a very similar front end on silverados and tahoes/suburbans.
i think i might have seen one of those in real life, it was one of those secret vehicles, all blacked out and ugly as hell, it was on the 101 and i paced it just to try and see what the hell it was, but i couldnt really tell. its funny how they make them all ugly and flat black with black wheels to blend in and not be seen, but in reality, that thing stuck out like a sore thumb on the 101 even at night time lol

This one would definitely stick out in a crowd, but you can't tell anything about it....
