Default Gibson Exhaust: 4th gen wanted

I would have jumped on this, but I already have a full Hooker system on my SS. I love the way Gibson exhaust sound, I have had it on my Dad's F150 and it luckily came with our 1500HD truck we have. The sound is deep and throaty. If any of you want to "donate" your vehicle for an exhaust, give Gibson a call.

See here:

NOTE: I do not work for Gibson.

It'll be interesting to see what their car offerings sound and perform like. Their truck exhaust systems are great.

On a side note, they'll gain credibility if they learn how to spell Camaro.

Yeah, I noticed that. I love their sound, although some say their quality is not as good. I am happy with my gibson truck exhaust.

If they select you, please post up pics and possibly sounds as well. I know they will also host sound clips for their website though.

Glad to hear that you're happy with it. For me, it was a toss up between Gibson and Magnaflow for my Durango (and I haven't made a choice yet).

The quality probably has to do with the aluminized steel vs. stainless. Which did you get?

The truck already had it when we purchased it. I will have to crawl under there and verify, it is still covered in mud from our off road excursions. The thing that is a little annoying is the bend at the back where the tips come out, it just taps the spare tire on rough conditions. That is the only bad thing, which is a moot point really.
