With the OE manifolds, it should be a breeze if your tuner gets the afr correct.

Pass CA Smog With My Setup? Currently have...
-Tr224/224 - 112
-New CNC ported 243 castings, 2.02"/1.57" Ferrea 6000 series valves, Patriot Gold dual springs, etc... (lot's of other internals)
-Full Bolt Ons
Will be swapping out LT's for the visual part, but for sniffer and so on, will I be able to pass with flying colors?
Having it dyno tuned within a couple weeks.... then plan on getting it re-tuned for when smog roles around. So will I pass with a smogable tune?
