is it a bad sign if your boss knows you dont like your job? i think i let it slip in a meeting today i was having with him about how i can't seem to solve my own tech support issues without running around asking for help all of the time...

i just dont get it, its very stressful dealing with people over the phone while also trying to solve highly complex firewall issues...and the pay is only $15/hr which i think makes it suck that much more...

he even said today im starting to cost the company money because when i have to ask for another tech to help with my calls that is time they are not on the phone handling other calls... i mentioned to him about the letter that was sent out and how i really didnt agree with it...

i came so close to giving in my 2 weeks notice....

maybe i should sell off everything i own, pay off as much debt as possible and go live under a rock somewhere, cause i just dont see the point anymore ...

sorry for ranting, its just been a very stressful day

 

Dude, I'm gonna be brash here. Quit your ******* job already before it makes you kill yourself. Seriously, even if you have to take a paycut, isn't it better than hating life ALL the time. Look at yourself man your job is starting to affect your home life now too. Ditch that lame as job and go find one that's going to treat you like an actual human being, and not make you want to put a gun to your head after you get home every night. **** if you know anything about A/V stuff, I know my work is looking at applications right now. Hell even if you don;t know anything about it, they like to take newbies because then they can train them the company way (which is the right way not like all these other hack A/V companies). You just seem so miserable, and we just want you to be happy.

yeah im working on the different job part i just wish i knew what to do..

but yeah something has got to give, it gets to the point where i dont even do much during the week cause i think "only 6 hrs till i gotta go to bed, and get up and be back at work" hell even sometimes on friday afternoons i think that way..

Ok so I dont think im going to go the drag car route with the FRC. Greg what are my options reguarding wheels. No CCW or HRE's Something budget minded that not alot of people have. I'm open to oppinions.
