High Octane Shower FTL
so i stopped on the way home at a gas station to fill up before the big price hit, and because i only had about 1/4 tank left and i stopped at a station on washington and 44th, and they were closed, so i go up to the Circle K on van buren/44th and fill up, well i somehow managed to not pull very close in because of some guy walking between the pumps, anyway i go to fill up and the car wasnt too far away, but enough that the stupid hose was about 1.5 ft in the air or so.... well i had to get something out of the trunk after i started pumping the gas, my ******* foot caught the hose and pulled it out of the car, luckily it did not hit the car as far as i can tell, but it also did not shut off the gas so here i am grabbing the stupid gas nozzle off the ground and unclicking it, got it all over the rear bumper and quarter panel, all down in my right shoe and my leg...
i just got home, used some QD on the car, threw my clothes and shoes in the wash, and took a shower, i still faintly smell like gas, at least 91 doesnt smell as bad as regular, but what a nasty experience.

Ummmm you could pour tomato sauce on them... not sure if it will work, but at least you'll have cool red shoes afterweards. Starting to get anxious about those Nittos, got to go pull the whels off the car now and throw them in dad's truck so I can drop them off first thing tomorrow.

so back to my question from earlier. what would cause noise after the car warms up and mostly when going into reverse, sometimes slowly in drive, almost sounds like a cat heatshield....
i wouldnt think the exhaust would have been removed to change out that compresoor would it?

Its prolly just a heat shield rattle. I will look at it next time I see you. I would have loved too see the gas incident. Had a plesent surprise at work today....OMR stopped by.
