So basically I'm only getting 29-31* total from 3600 on up. you download datamaster yet? here's the datalog... first 2 WOT runs were with the 100 octane mix, the last run is with a full tank of gas and the xylene, so basically like 92-93 octane.
good thing about it is... I still pulled on my friends SS that put down 354/367

So if your R.R. are giving you false knock and then spark retard.... why bump the octane so high?

To make sure that it WAS false knock! I'm just running a base H/C tune on it right now, and my compression is up 1/2 point, and this is the first time I've really datalogged the car, so... I'm pretty sure putting a high octane fuel in it is the only way to verify if knock is false or not ??? now that i've verified that, I put a switch with a 3.9k ohm restistor to get rid of the dumb retard while I'm racing.
