LACR is done 2007 Schedule Announced

Pontiac Drag Days has operated at Los Angeles County Raceway since 1994 and has been a fixture of LACR’s event calendar. With the impending closure of Los Angeles County Raceway in the Spring of 2007, Pontiac Drag Days will hold a points race at a track other than Los Angeles County Raceway in 2007. Pontiac Drag Days’ 2007 race season will launch on January 20, 2007 at LACR with four race dates scheduled. April 21, 2007 will be the last PDD event prior to the track’s projected closure. April 21st also marks Pontiac Drag Days’ 1000th race event at Los Angeles Country Raceway and will be celebrated in grand style.
With LACR’s closure, Pontiac Drag Days has scheduled three race dates at the Auto Club Dragway at California Speedway. Pontiac Drag Days’ first race at Auto Club Dragway will be July 1, 2007.
