Have you read what that diet does to your body? Do some research dude. U need carbs!!! Running is the best thing you can do (about 1 to 2 miles a day) assuming your knees are in decent shape to take the impact.

well i hate to disagree but i'm down 38 lbs w/o ANY exercise or "tweek pills"...i used to run 2 miles a day and it took me 10 months to lose what i lost in 3 months...yes i read about all the health risks but as long as you stay active (my job is pretty physical most of the time) its all good...i do about 20 carbs a day which is plenty.

well thanks to everyone that made it out. it was fun bsing with everyone and hangin out. Almostryan, nice factory freak and bay, your camaro moves the *** out dude. All the cars there were pretty nice though. Too bad the GTO crowd flaked except for one.
