wtf?! ok i got my registration renewal in the main and it says i need to take it to a test only. well i got smogged last year march of 2006 after i bought my car.
could this just be a screw up?

my car is on file with my dad and he has a 2002 silverado 1500 and he didnt smog last year so it may be his turn that they put onto mine.

well, transfering titles requires a smog. maybe last year was not the cars turn but you had to do it to transfer it to your name. and now this year it IS your year to smog

ok previous owner smogged it in aug 2000 aug 2002 aug 2004 and when i bought it march 2006!
so i dont know what these ************* want from me.
