Default Help with head gasket

Just picked up a 94 Z28...there is coolant inside of the motor oil. The car runs, but shudders and shakes at idle and obviously starts spitting white smoke out of the tailpipes after leaving it running for a minute.

I am looking for some local help or possibly even a referal to a legit place that will do reasonably priced work on these cars. Doesn't matter to me if you're a backyard mechanic or whatever. At this point, I am just trying to look into if the motor can still be saved, or if I should start looking into a replacement.

Thanks for any help.
