2007 EVENT SCHEDULE:

EVENT DETAILS:
- Gates open at 8am, Tech Inspection to follow
- Racing starts at 9am
- Tech Inspection ends at 12pm
- Last call in the staging lanes around 4:30pm
- Track facility closes at 5pm
LOCATION: California Speedway, 9300 Cherry Avenue, Fontana. The quarter-mile Auto Club Dragway is located on the North side of the facility.
TRACK FEE: $100 per vehicle (1 driver / rider). A minimum of 75 participants must sign up. Otherwise, the event will be moved to a later date, or will be cancelled.
REFUND POLICY: To receive a full refund, at least a 10 day advance notice is required. Your request must be received no later than 10 days prior to the event date. Otherwise, track fee is non-refundable, unless Alternative Motoring cancelled the event. To request for a refund, please send an email to: sales@alternativemotoring.com

Irwindale might be a bit cheaper but never tried to follow up with them.
What is the most you guys would be willing to pay for a rental?
i can try and set something up but need to have an idea of how many car we want to limit it too and how much we want to pay.

Maybe you'll get a good rate if you say your shop is sponsoring a private event so it doesn't look like a group of ragtag ghetto racers looking to tear **** up. Or tell them its for your company picnic.

I used to live in so cal and I am getting ready to move back i'm a good friend of flash's and I would be down if you gys get something organized. I should be back from Iraq in october so any time after that would be cool
