the bearing kit also includes the crush sleeve (to set bearing preload) and shims for the carrier bearings to get the proper backlash and such? you telling me that you going to 4.10's everything was perfect that you could reuse all the factory shims, and crush sleeve?

well ima go to a place in bloomington they do 4x4s but they know what they are doing it will cost me 550 for everything like
new gears
axles
new everything and ready to bolt on
the shop is called o&r 4 wheel drive center everytime we need gears we go here

new shims, and i bought a solid spacer to give him. i didnt need bearings cause he said mine were in great condition. it was $357 for parts and labor for the set of US gear 4.10s and labor. then the extra for the things i bought.

i went back in 2005 so i dont know if his demand went up or not. but the quality is good.

80% sure I want 3.73's with the A4. Still trying to convince myself to go 4.10's I have so many parts laying around, I'm hoping the 3.73's will be suffice for the 23X cam and patriot heads with the 3600Vig converter. Car also has a 125-175 wet kit almost finished wiring up.
