Anyone in the South Gate/Lynwood/Gardena/Hawthorne/south LA/Downey area etc... plan to meet before the rim of the world cruise on Sunday May25th? If yes please let me know if no let me know. I Conrad and GM Legacy Car Club were actually going to meet up before the event. We have to be out there before 9am.
Who ever is around is welcomed to join the Caravan.
We are meeting up @ 7:00am in the city of South Gate. At the city park on Tweedy Blvd. close to Atlantic Ave.

I would suspect anything a regular drag strip would require.
If your car is pretty stock looking then tell them it is stock and show them your helmet, they won't reinspect your car if you run a 12.50 or anything, now if you bust off a 11 or 10 sec pass with no roll bar or cage expect to end your day of racing.

13.00 to 13.99 you need a helmet, with a Snell rating, not a DOT rating.
11.49 to 12.99 you also need a driveshaft loop.
11.49 or faster you also need a rollbar, 5-point harness, and fireproof jacket. (13.49 or faster for convertibles)
