the way i look @ it. all cars react differently to mods.. people put the same cam in there care. and always come up with a different number. i say choose a cam you want, and see how you like it, and see what it does. if you dont. just swap it out. its not that hard, and takes very little time once you have the new oil pump, spings, and chain on. all you need to do is swap cam out again. can be down in half a day. if u wanna go big, then try the t-rex. the only time i would let sombody tell me what cam. is when its a custom one and they are grinding it for what i want my car to do.

Just get a custom, tell rick what power u want, track times, driveability and what not. It sounds like ur trying to look at all these off the shelf cams, and picking the good out of all them which is making u go back and forth. Go custom, I did and the onlu thing I complain about is I wish it loped a little harder. But when I decide to remember how to shift, it proves the fact that big cams aren't always the best. jmho

i like the idea of a custom grind cam... that is what i did with my camaro... and i got just what i wanted... tell them the power you want to have.. and the mods that you have in mind... and tyou can get a cam that fits exactly what you want..
