well cuz most of my miles were the freeway trip there and back. Like i said that night, i was getting good mpg before i teamed with you guys

but on the norm i never get over 210miles out of 14gals of gas. maybe too rich of a/f ratio.

I look at it as its alot better than 4 miles a gallon in my Elco

well you got to figure in, if you only put 14 when you fill up, there is still 2.5 gallons of gas in there, which at approximately 15mpg, that gives you about 240 to a tank

haha try running out of gas when you're coming into california with the 5000 ft elevation... i think i made it to 2000 ft, and had to call 911.. that sucked.. wow..

is elevation change bad? i know O2 is thinner the higher you go, but didnt know it would cause problems with the car.

i drove my car to about 5500ft in angeles crest.i parked for a few then when it started it didnt wanna stay on. and hitting the gas killed it. unplugged the battery for 15 min. then it was fine. WIERD!

yeh, i thought i could make it to the gas station that was after the elevation part or w/e.. and yeh, i didnt make it. they called some tow truck company that brought me 2 gallons of gas, then followed me to the gas station where i filled up for $45 and had to pay the tow truck people $106 for coming out there, needless to say, i was PISSED!!!

nah. ill drive my jeep over and watch u guys. 18 inch sumitomos+no lca bracket while lowered=2.5 60' times. i really need to get some drag radials then go to the track(o yea and have u install the lca brackets). i would bring my g/f but we r having enough problems seeing eachother during the week (shes in irvine teaching) and im in covina. plus im gone for 6 months out of the year. so hanging out with her and being around cars (i can see her getting bitchy) is prolly not the best thing since we rarely see eachother.

hey guys, do any of u watch to cruise down to the toy for tots car show. i have been there once and it was fun and for a good cause. i know all the canyons around there (went to pepperdine), and i know some places to eat, cruise, and great spot to take pics (stunt road, off mulholland)after the car show. i should start a thread about this...
