Moving to Orange County
Why dont you try the west side , I live in norwalk and ive gone to downtown tustin off jamboree a few times on rush hour and it never takes me more than 50 mins in traffic, these ppl have mentioned northern oc and the inland empire but i think youl like it more here by the coast, why dont you try long beach, norwalk westminster, garden grove, hawaiian gardens some of these arears near the 605 and 405

nope norwalk is la county, i think lol im sure it is , norwalk long beach westminster and all those citys are in the western border of oc and la county...why dont you wanna live in la county ? theres a ton! of houses for sell and rent here in my neighboor hood which is pretty quiet and its horse property so if you like horses youl fit right in

Yea the OC is a bit pricey, stay away from anything even remotely close to the beach, you can find some cheap stuff in tustin and garden grove but they may be in less than desireable neighborhoods. For an actual house Garden grove you can find one pretty cheap, Corona is a good alternative too.
I am keeping Corona in mind as an alternative, I hear there is an awesome indoor go-kart track in Corona. I've found a couple of houses in Corona but it sucks not to be there to look at and talk to the owners. I'll be there at the end of next week.

If its the electric kart place called K1 don't bother it sucks! There is a place in orange sort of by the angel stadium thats called Dromo1 that has gas karts and are pretty fun. Anyways I gave your cell and email to the guy so if they want to rent it they will contact you.
I should be there on 12/8, my wife has family in Corona, they are trying to get us to move there also. The only thing that sucks is that my work is in Irvine by the airport, so I'll have to figure out if the commute is worth it and affordable. I have a DD so I don't have to drive the Z everyday to work and save some gas.

I made it here. I'm in garden grove temporarily untill I find a place. I took me two damn days driving a slow *** u-haul that felt like the steering wheel was a jack hammer. few days before I drove a car up here and it took me 15 1/2 hrs.
I start work next week so I have a few days to try find a place and make a few meets.
