Moving to Orange County
I need help finding a house for rent, at least 3bdr, 2bth, 2car garage around the Irvine/Tustin/Costa Mesa area. I found work in Irvine, just need to find a decent place to live.
If you know someone renting a house in that area please let me know or pm me.
I've been looking on craigslist but have not found something decent/affordable yet.
thanks,
jc
Be prepared to pay $3.50 for 91, Hight rent $2,500+ in those areas. Also apartments or town homes don't go lower than $1,000 a month, I hope you got a good as job making $4,000+ to live comfortable renting a home. Lets not get into utilities

as for the 2+k rent, I can handle it but don't want to if I don't have to. I've been told Corona is Ok and rents are better but the commute is a killer unless I use the toll road. I don't have to be in Irvine, Costa Mesa, Tustin, even Orange will do, I think.
as for the gas, I have a V6 daily driver and I already pay 3.30 for 93. does anyone here live in Corona and work around the Irvine area?
. Damn dude you must be a baller.. Toll road 241 is expensive as well, Anywhere in cali you will pay $2,000+ for nicer areas for a home. Unless you move to the ghetto and pay like $1,500 but you will have other things to worry about than the rent lol.
