i raced my buddies 01 vette from a dig last night and did great finally.. its gna be on when i get it lowered, hopefully that will help some...

It will help him some, bc youre gonna have less traction. The aero benefit from being lower wont even come into play. Especially not against a vette. And dont even mentioning cornering if youre talking about racing a vette..

youve just got to realize, lowering is purely for appearance. and hurts traction.

 

yeh, im not trying to have a big race car or anything, id like for it to be a high 11 or low 12 car and look good at the same time...

when my car is done, its gna be a new rearend, heads and cam,ported tb, new plugs and wires, and the other little things.. not spraying or forced induction.. just the "normal" mods.. lol

i finally switched the rear springs back to stock that helped some, i think i am gonna just go with revalved bilsteins and stranos some time after x mas, anyways hope to see all you guys out, someone bring fire wood its getting freakin cold

Ive put my car on the back burner for awhile, too damn busy with school and work to spend any time on it. Sometime early next year I'll have a nasty surprise for everyone
