Lid, $30 dynomax bullet muffler dumped, stock manifolds and Y pipe, 3.73 gears 4k stall and tire. Complete factory suspension close to full weight, like 40 lbs taken out.
These are the right mods there is no cheater cam or n2o, buddy of mine (previous owner) had a 150 wet shot on the car and it went 7.0 at irwindale with a 1.48 60' or so. Went 7.59ish on motor, I had it dyno tuned (picked up 10 RWHP and 30 RWTQ) and took out the 40ish lbs so it should have gone faster but a few piston rings were not sealing very well and only went 7.72 which was the night before I started taking it apart because it was getting a lot of blow by the way to the track and pushing oil, got some pictures there was quite a bit of oil in the manifold/TB/and even MAF.

12.26@108 with a 1.68 60ft on M/T ET streets.
and like 12.85 with a 1.8 60ft on 245 kumho ecstas haha. (that was before the 4k stall too)
put the stock rear back in?
