I have a question. Would the stock cats be able to pass smog with LT's and a tune?

If not I would need to get High Flow cats... right?

oh course the only thing high flow cats do different is flow a little better, so if you have lt's and all the bolt ons, meaning no cam or really modified tune, you will pass just like you did stock, its just up to the smog tech to let you pass the visual or not, just make sure you hook up all the air and stuff
