the ams stuff says you could go 75000 miles before changing it, i don't leave it in that long but its about 90 a case, and i get enough for two oil changes...

Mobil 1 synthetic oils have always been my preference in my cars, but personally I think any good synthetic is fine, just change out as necessary at 3K. (or earlier if you prefer)
