Default Header install question

I'm gonna install some headers over the weekend and need to buy the gaskets.

I've been reading alot about the stock gaskets being re-usable, but I can also buy a new QTP set from someone on this board for $20.

What do you guys think? should I invest in the gaskets? or use that money to buy new spark plugs?

Just sell your stock header to ZSS2148 and pay for these....

Not a bad idea, but I want to keep all the stock stuff just in case I ever decide to de-mod. Isn't ZSS2148 looking for LT's?

Yeah, about 4-5 months ago. I wanted to do the NGK's since I'm gonna be down there already.

I usually use the AC Delco's, but I've been reading that most people recommend the NGK's.

That's why I'm undecided if I should buy the gasket or the plugs, or just keep the money for something else. I don't want to buy any unnecessary things I don't need to.

I also don't think it would make much of a difference.

Well I think if your old ones are all messed up get new stock ones, and plugs and wires would be an easier thing to do cause you will have all the room. Just me .02

A little off topic, but if you aren't planning on changing motor mounts, I recommend that over gaskets and they aren't too much money, a lot of work though but it pays off especially if you have alot of miles on your car.

Would you feel a difference?

What did you do with the pacesetter gaskets that came with the LT's?

Didn't you buy them new?

How much did the NGK's run you?
