And thats why you have no idea what you are talking about.....
that cam is an old grind......a grind that was replaced by the Torquer 2 and torquer 3, the torquer 3 using LSK lober and having .643 lift on the intake.

Both cams making great power under the curve, same as the 231/237.

Will went 11's in a cam only M6 TA and either the torquer 2 or 3.

Please if you dont know what you are talking about keep out of it. I've got more experience with the ls1/6/2 that you can fathom.

and just in case you didn't get the memo i do know it all......
The basic header/lid/exhaut mods should be done but in no way does a small mcam like the 231/237 need heads, nor would it under perform without them.

right leave the complicated ls1/ls6's to the professionals right?,. well i got more expericnce in engines transmissions and performance parts then you could fit in your big head.

i never said it wouldnt work, i said that cam is too big for not having heads, i should have said to take advantage of the lift and duration you should get some ported ls6 heads, but i dont think i need to explain myself to my friends, in which i was giving advice, i installed this same cam in my buddy's car with all the supporting mods, hmmm, i wonder why it only did 372 to the wheels tuned??? i bet if we put some heads we could expect low 400's,

so please go try to impress the 16 year old boys with all your "knowledge" somewhere else.

I seriously doubt that.... why don't you go back to fixing your two strokes.

Only making 372whp with that cam is a mechanical/tunning issue over the cam. Let me guess your buddy was running it on a ls1 manifold and through an auto.

im not goign to argue with you.... anyone that has been around will know that the cam will work very well with stock heads.

Keep reading the miss-information and nut swinging propaganda on the board and believe it to be the truth.

right you do know all, so why dont you tell me oh master know it all, it was an ls1 manifold but thru an m6 with stock gears, the ls1 manifold probably gouged him 10-15 horsies but hes still under the 400 mark, and yeah, no mechanical or tuning issue's with this car.

its okay, like i said whatever you have to do to keep your reputation as the person who know's everything. i'll leave as not to cloud your super duper all knowing energy

I'm interested, just have to sell a few things first to get some cash. Do you have the cam card too?
