an easy solution: if your computer has an expansion port, u can pick up the cord for that and it will charge your computer that way. something like this, http://www.shopping.hp.com/product/n...S631AA%2523ABA

you can get them for about $20 bucks elsewhere however.

My docking station used my DC jack, so I don't know if this would work for everyone. That would be a quick fix, but for the price, you could mail it off to places that specialize in DC jack repairs (around $125 complete).

Back to the OP, I'm getting worried b/c we haven't heard anything back. I'm pm'g you my cell #. Call me if you need help!

his laptop battery probably finally died and can't get on here cuz it won't charge lol
