td ordered. Do spiral flows flow well?

I just ordered jegs universal 3' x-pipe, magnaflow 3' cats, and 3' moroso spiral flows. I've been getting both good and bad reviews on the spiral flow a lot of people like them and a few are saying that they're restrictive. So what do you guys think about them?

do they or not tho? I read they were good but found some people that said it might be restrictive.
