I received an infraction because my avatar of Jessica Simpson eating an ice cream cone was deemed NSFW by GEARHED.

Here's the content of the PM:
Come on, you been here long enough to know that avatar isn't work safe.

Sorry, it has to go.

I haven't heard back from him yet, but the content of my reply was that I did not think it was NSFW. It didn't show *** or half-naked breasts.

Honest opinions here, I'm not gonna bash anyone. Just curious as to what others thought.

i honestly agree that it isnt work safe, but neither is more than half of the other peoples on here, i guess they gotta start somewhere
