This is a brand new $6500 crate motor from GM.

theres gasket residue on the heads. and thats not an ls motor.

Aside from that. That's normal for disassemby, Crate motors are turn-key, which means all parts present and assembled. He was taking it apart for a port job on the heads and found a problem. And it's a BBC btw

He just found that maybe 20mins before i posted the pic. Guess he will be calling GMPParts in the morning LOL.

It was a fully assembled crate motor. The owner took it apart to have the heads ported. And yes it is FRESH out of the crate.
