I believe houses are cheaper over there! You could find a nice fixer upper in Garden Grove , CA. around $300,000.00. I just went looking around this Sat. and there out there.

My son is growing up too fast, and he's gonna need his own space soon. I think that with the dropping property values, it's now or never to buy. Plus I want to have my own garage!!!!!!!
Exacty why we're looking into Vegas. 220G can buy you a nice 4-5 bedroom, any more cash put into it would be towards additions or renovations, not to bring it back up to living standards. We thought about Palmdale and Lancaster, but they are pretty high up, not to mention a bit more "GETTO" than I'd like.

I have a friend that is a loan officer...about 2 months ago he had some brand new 3 bedroom condos in sherman oaks (i believe) they were around 320K i think he said...im pretty sure you can find somewhere decent but for 250K u gotta go to palmdale, lancaster or go out of state...whatever it is you decide to go good luck bro...just make sure you hit me up for a race before you go lol
