Traffic officers are required to have their camera on at all times while they are on duty. It records everything. Even down to displaying whether or not he/she is on the brake or gas pedal.
If they fail to provide to the subpoena then you can probably have the ticket thrown out and request the court to have the PD pay your attorney's fees.

For example when they ask you "Do you know how fast you were going?" and you reply, "I don't know" they will use that in court. You can't argue that you weren't speeding if you claim you don't know how fast you were going. Then the guy can say whatever.
I would complain If I were you. Call the station and ask for a supervisor or watch commander. You could just drop in and ask for the form. They may have it online...

Do everyone a favor and file the complaint. Don't do it from the perspective that your ticket was wrong, do it from the perspective that you think you were treated unfairly and that what the officer said was out of line.
Personally I wouldn't argue the ticket because it will make the complaint look motivated by anger over the ticket instead of how you were treated poorly.
Cops like this deserve what they got comin, they don't belong on the streets. Imagine what would happen to cops like this in prison?
