Default Destroyed clutch at Irwindale...

Is it hard to get one in without a lift? I have an LS7 kit on order. The car still drives, but it slips a lot and smells bad. Any tips or tricks, things to watch out for?

Thanks!

there should be a write up in the M6 forum in here. all you need is a harbor freight trans jack and jackstands and your basic tools.

I have the silver, all stock Z28. I ran at about 6:15 and it happened on the first run.

Thanks for all the info!

Those Hondas were annoying. I can't believe how crowded it has gotten. Is there any more talk of opening up on another night? I had heard rumors of opening Tuesdays as well.

I finally got around to installing my clutch.

It really sucked!

Once I break it in I will get back to Irwindale.

Those top bolts were a pain. I could do it a lot faster next time though. I just hope it's not anytime soon! I guess it's good practice for a heads/cam/header install...
